The RCI Coach Credentialing Mentor program is suitable for coaches who need 10 hours of mentor coaching as part of their ICF certification and recertification requirements:

• ACC (Associate Certified Coach)
• PCC (Professional Certified Coach)
• MCC (Master Certified Coach)

Avoid reinventing the wheel. Join our unique mentoring program that will help you get ready to apply for your ICF credential or recertification. This program will reduce the overwhelm you might be experiencing just thinking about completing your ICF application.

We provide the following key certification requirements:

• One letter from an MCC attesting to your coaching experience and coaching;
• Mentoring for a minimum of 4 months by a credentialed coach for a minimum of 10 hours;
• Observed coaching with helpful feedback;
• Simple to use (and reusable for the next credential) templates for making the certification process easier.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Have an MCC review your ICF application and provide a suggested format for your coaching session recording that you are required to submit as part of your application;
• Experience an improvement in their coaching competencies;
• Share, learn and grow with a supportive network of like-minded professionals;
• Receive new and unexpected opportunities in their life and business;

You will receive:

• 7 1-hour group mentoring sessions over 4 months (total of 7 hours)
• one-on-one sessions with an MCC over 4 months (total of 3 hours)

The RCI Coach Credentialing Mentor program is not included in any of the RCI Membership Plans. Total program cost is $1200, billed as follows: Upon registration you will be billed $300; and $300 on the first of the month for each of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th months of the program.
